AMD Athlon64 Processor Driver Update Question..

I recently downloaded the DriverGuide Toolkit 1.0, from driverguide.com, it checked all my drivers, and I searched on google to see if there was updates for them.

Going down the list right now, I'm at Processor, the first link that popped up for the driver update, was this site. I

I downloaded the update for the AMD Athlon64 Processor, I'm in the Device Manager now in Windows XP..and now I've been prompted with

'Installing this device driver is not recommended because Windows cannot verify that it is compatible with your hardware. If the driver is not compatible, your hardware will not work correctly and your computer might become unstable or stop working completely. Do you want to continue installing this driver?'

Now, me being an enthusiast of chaos, I am very tempted to press Yes, but, would anybody recommend it?

There's only one driver to install for the CPU as far as Windows XP goes.

http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/utilities/amdcpu.exe

I believe it's the driver that will allow the OS to use the Cool'n'Quiet feature of that CPU.

I don't know if that's the driver you've allready download & are trying to install.
