AMD RDNA4 graphics cards may only receive a minor bump in ray tracing performance

Beside the Whale tier of the 4090, AMD is kicking Nvidia *** in performance on all segment.

The only titles AMD is having problems with are the Nvidia sponsored titles that are RTX showcase that are literally sabotaging AMD drivers to cripple performances, for example Cyberpunk and Alan Wake.

Defending Nvidia over the actual pricing is literally pure $hilling. All the Ada lineup pricing is an horrendous joke.

The XTX is 900$ and barely 15% slower than a 4090 at 2160p with a slight OC while the 4090 cost the double.
You are heavily fanboy-ing here. XTX is much slower than that:

Even AMD said that 7900XTX is a 4080 competitor.

And looking at raster performance only in 2024 is just stupid. More and more games has RT elements and upscaling is here to stay. DLSS beats FSR with ease.

Another AMD issue:

AMD is cheaper for a reason. If AMD was better, they would not be. It is as simple as that.

Well that's not really true. The 4090 is powerful enough to do RT ultra at 60+ FPS at 1080p and mostly at 1440p resolutions.

If you think 60fps is adequate perf at 1080p/1440p then what's the point of using RT I'd rather have 100+fps without it and just run the game on ultra settings instead

RT is mostly a gimmick for now. And I am saying this as a 4090 owner.
I rarely use it. I love many of the other RTX features tho.

DLSS, DLAA, DLDSR, Reflex, ShadowPlay, Nvidia App Filters etc.

I won't be going back to AMD GPU unless they match these features, or come very close.
