anonymous IRC proxy

Please can someone help me with this little thing. im tryin to find a way of getting on my IRC network without it showin my IP (same as HideIP except IRC) i use mIRC v6.21. ive tried various programs but none seem to work properly an still show my hostmask an IP. i know theres gotta be a free program for it out there somewhere.

PS if a MOD moves this PLS PM/email me with its new location

Why would you want to hide your IP address?

Ban evasion is forbidden in virtually all IRC networks and one might even consider it illegal.

If your intent is not evading bans, ask the network operators for a vhost that would hide your IP from other normal users on the network.
