ok so im usually on top of what happens in my pc and fight off viruses and do reg system maintenance etc. recently i came acros this process

I did a usual search on the net and have found nothin. which was wierd usually theres something on everything and every process, i have the recent viral updates etc. and was wondering if any one knows wat or where this comes from. it was a profile process not a system process. as it didnt seem to do anything i shut it down and then deleted it for the system32 folder. i havent found any program that ive installed recently to be effected but it is still in my rec box.
Wondering if anyone knows of this process.
