I just was about to go on the internet but first did cntrl/alt/delete and found this item under processes. Can someone tell me what it might be? I can't find any info on the net about it. Thanks for your help

Ctrl/Alt/Del opens the task Manager, same as a right click on the Taskbar. You will be better served in the Virus and Malware Removal Forum.
