depends on your background in 'accounting'. There are some simple minded systems,
like Quicken and Quick books, but you're not going to do double entry, T-accounts, inventory, time billing,
nor anything other than simple 'cash basis account'.
Our accounting is M.Y.O.B, but also is Macintosh based (yes we're multi-sys-linguists).
I've found it has been acquired by another company and a PC variant is available --
I just don't like the MMI (Man Machine Interface, eg GUI).
Google for 'PC accounting software' and prepare to do some research.
