IMHO, I would choose first one for the 'mechanical' feedback - but I am not a real gamer. If I needed quickest response and I was adept at keyboard, I would pick the optical. So it depends on you and how you expect to use it. If just general computing, I would buy a $10 keyboard and put savings toward a faster GPU.
