Assistance needed to get rid of pop-ups

Hi All,
Since just before Xmas I have been receiving the following pop-up on log-in and an extremely slow system:

P_07_0100 irql : If SYSVER 0xff00024
NT_Kernel error 1256
KMODE_Exception_not_handled

After googling this I came across this site and in particular topic 58138 which included a 15 step plan (installing firewalls, AV, ComboFix, Panda etc etc).

I have now completed this and attach the log files for HJT, ComboFix and AVG Antispyware.

Please please please can someone help me finish the final steps......
