ati radeon 9800 se all in wonder

I have an ati radeon 9800 se all in wonder graphics card which is suppose to have a tv tuner. For the life of me i can't seem to be able to work out wether i can actually use the TV function. I have a standard TV areial which i put in the back but when i try the TV function, bugger all happens. Could someone tell me if i can use a tv areial or does it have to be cable tv. I can't find a lot of info on it because it has been superseeded by 9800 pro, i think!!

I anybody knows how to use the TV function I'd be gratefull, plus it would stop me from buying an actual TV card!!

Does the diagnostics app tell you that the CPU doesn't have MMX instructions? If so, that may prevent the TV app from starting.

I have same warning on my card when I did PC check. IT said MMX not supported with this CPU. Still my card with TV capture, video recording, live pause worked fine. Frame dropped was only 1% with AMD athlon K7 1.33GHx speed 512MB pc2100 DDR. and 7200rpm *MB buffer HD.
