I've got an ATI TV All in Wonder USB 2.0. It works great for the television but every time I try to hook up a VCR or DVD player, the video gets stuck on a frame and repeats it over and over again. The audio is fine, but the video doesn't change frames unless you refresh the screen and then it gets stuck on the next frame. Please help. Thanks.
