Audio popping from headset

After updating my audio drivers, I get a VERY noticable popping noise whenever I'm using Skype or listening to music, I haven't tried using Driversweeper to remove the Drivers completely but I did try doing a system restore to two days ago and didn't get anywhere with it.

I'd revert to the previous drivers. Perhaps the new codex are not good.

I actually thought that and gave it a try and it's still popping really bad, I'm going to use Driversweeper here in a bit to remove everything.




EDIT: After doing that it's still popping, I removed the 5.1 surround sound usb dongle thing for my headset and it's no longer popping so I have to send the USB dongle back (Hopefully that's the only thing I have to send back)
