Autorun-C Trojan Horse problem

Hi Everyone.

I have a pc that has a INF:Autorun-C Trojan horse Virus on.

This creates a autorun file on all the drives and when this file is deleted it just creates a new one.
I checked all the Services and Installed Programs and I cannot see anything out of the ordinary.

Has anyone seen this before?
