BAD_POOL_HEADER with WMP10 in XP SP2

Hi,

I installed Media Player 10 on XP SP2 Toshiba Satellite because my Sandisk e260 MP3 player requires it. Every time I run WMP10 I get BSOD after a few minutes, even if I'm not actively using the computer. The BSOC error message says:

BAD_POOL_HEADER
*** STOP: 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0xFFB1BC30, 0xFFB1BC40, 0x1A02006)

I've searched the MS web site and Google but have found nothing that addresses this particular circumstance. Any assistance will be appreciated.
