Hello all, i need the best Video software for not too much money.

(i would consider near a £100 or $130 but nearer £40 $48 approx}
Free would be good, but, you get what you pay for i guess, or don't lol.
The software must be easy, fool proof easy for this old man please, he he.

I have Windows 7. I live in the UK.

I want to be able to be able to make AVI etc files, become Watchable video/films to copy to DVD, then to watch on my B/ray/Dvd player/recorder.

Have tried some free ones, even with help, and failed.

Thanks for anyone who answers, Gep

I highly recommend DVD Styler, which is a free software application, that can convert most media to the required type in order to burn them to DVD, and watch them on TV.

There is a selection on this site but none are free, they all do Blu Ray.

You might also consider Nero which is not cheap but does a lot more than just DVD's. I believe the latest version also does Blu Ray.

Windows 7 Home, Premium and Ultimate all have a DVD burner built in "Windows DVD Maker" may be this is not included in your version. Its location is under All Programs from the start menu.
