Best settings to use for Skyrim PC?

hi I was just wondering what settings I would use for skyrim for optimal performance/visual quality?

I have windows xp he sp3

sapphire 4830 (fully updated)

intel core 2 duo wolfdale (2.8ghz)

3.25 gb ram (xp does recognize the 4 that I have)
