BIOS Tweak Guide and Dell System

I would like to apply some of the advanced BIOS settings recommended in the "BIOS Tweak Guide" on this site. However,my new Dell system does not have access to these settings in the BIOS setup. Is there any work-around for this?

Sadly, because you have ane OEM mobo, most of the features there can not be used....
