I have a vista window 10 , recently, some videos I want to play either from the media or Youtube are in black and white, I have been trying a solution, but it fail. my search engine is Google Chrome. My screen is perfect, it is jus and only when I want to pay a video. There are some motion when I watch this video. And also, I have another problem, when want to uninstall a program, it gives me error and . How can I fin these problems.
