I want to buy a whole lot of pc games will they have a lowered price at that time

Depends on how/where you are getting it and more importantly, what games. Brand new or very popular games may not drop in price nearly as much as other games simply because they are current and cash cows, But they are likely to be bundled with hardware to entice new customers to get it.

As for HDTVs, That graph makes it look like it might be better to get said TV after Christmas if you can wait, during the post holiday inventory purge. Though, there is the possibility that 46/47 inch TVs are nearing their price plateau and it won't go much further down (if not back up) after the holidays.

I'll be keeping an eye on SSDs and TVs. I might try to grab an XBox as well if the TV prices get low enough.
