Blue screen IRQL_DRIVER_ Not_less_or_equal

HI my computer always rebooting for any reason. I found the file in the minidump. I wanted to know if you can tell me what's the problem. In the blue screen the file raspppoe.sys is mentionned. and i found that when im converting a movie the computer reboots at 87 %. But with the same blue screen :S. I tought it was my graphic card (Nvidia Ge force 4 mx 420) but the drivers are up to date.....

please help me !!!!!!!

One minidump is insufficient to determine the culprit . Zip 5 to 5 minidumps and attach the zip file here.
