Hi,
My friend have a blue screen on my computer.I don't know why

Probably caused by : Uefy45.SYS ( Uefy45+858d )

Uefy45.SYS: doesn't come up with anything on Google
You may want to search for it (on your drive), and then check the properties on it, to find out any info on what it is.

I'd say Virus or Trojan personally
Maybe do a full scan by following this guide:
