Bluetooth/Wifi

Ok maybe someone can help me with this if it is even possible to do.I have A Dometic BLUETOOTH AC thermostat And I want to be able to control it with wifi that is already available - is this even possible? Why I want to go this route is because the Dometic thermostat is plug and go.

Problem is BT has much shorter range than WiFi

Will it even PAIR with your cell phone?

The thermostat comes with an accessible app with Bluetooth I just wish I could access the Bluetooth somehow with wifi so I can turn it on 100 miles away and cool it down.
