Bois trouble

hi peeps i have a p4 3.0 ghz cpu for a p4vmm2 478 socket mobo and i need to update and flash the bois so it can work with the mobo and i cant seem to find the version number of the bois does any any1 no where i should be looking to get it. tanks in advance

You didn't say what OS but under XP press Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information and it should show.
