Hi all,
wonder if you can help with this odd error.
PC was working fine all afternoon. Switched it off and when turned back on later on it fails to boot. It powers on OK and the graphics card BIOS is displayed, but then nothing - stops dead.
It is an Intel/XP box with an NVidia 6800 AGP card. No CD in the tray, not even getting to HDD check and RAM count.
Any ideas?
Thanks
been thinking about it a bit more and the following info may help...
- no bios beeps or errors
- CPU is mildly overclocked, but its absolutely rock steady
- no errors displayed, just shows the nVidia card information and stops on that screen
