browser hijack & more (HJT log)

Something nasty has gotten into my PC and now whenever I open IE or even File Explorer, I get bombarded with popups. Maybe as a byproduct (or maybe not), my system is dog slow, too.

I can't even get to any of the online scans that the "do this before you post" instructions recommend, but I was able to put hijack this on a thumbdrive, run it, and I've posted the result.

Any assistance would be immensely appreciated.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is badly infected.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
