Sorry, yes, of course it does. Boot log is a record for the steps taken on boot up.
This is not OS, but a record of boot.
Your drive has Win7 configured for your old motherboard. It won't work well with your new motherboard because it is configured for the old one.
You need to install OS freshly on bootable media and this includes many steps...locate and download your motherboard manual.

Niot quite sure about your question... do you want to know if you can install a faster cpu with more cores? Usually, yes. Must match socket and be on the motherboard manufacturer's list (QVL) - otherwise no guaranty. Also, check for BIOS upgrades. You may have to update while still using old CPU if it will not run with the new chip until updated.
