BSOD W2Ksp4 Citrix Metaframe server

Status
Not open for further replies.
Hi, we are running Citrix Metaframe XP on a Windows 2000 Server. Have been getting random failures the last 6 months that we can't pinpoint the reason of.

They include:

* Sudden reboots where dumpfile are not created (I've set server NOT to reboot)
* BSOD where the creation of minidumps succeed. (see attachments)
* Events where systems throws out all users and it's impossible to log in + all network links go down. The system must be forced down with powerbutton.

Bugcheck code is either 0x50 or 0xD1

I'll attach the latest Minudumps + paste an example below, would be incredibly greatful if someone would have a look. What I've found on the net points towards faulty hardware but I haven't found anything specific and can't bring down the server very often to run tests since it's in production practically all the time.
