BSODs ~5min after bootup, cannot find problem

I consider myself a pretty techy person when it comes to computers, but cannot figure out why my laptop began giving me BSOD all of a sudden last night for no apparent reason.

I have done all the steps listed in the stickied thread, chkdsk is fine, memtest ran 13hrs and is fine. For some reason, I only get about 5 minutes after im all booted up, and then it gives me the BSOD. It does this in safe mode, and normal bootup. I've never heard of these minidump files, but found some, and thought I'd let some experts take a look to see if they could find anything.

I am running a Lenovo T61p with an Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB of RAM, and running Windows XP Pro SP3 with all the latest updates. Attached are my minidump files. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
