Buying speaker

Hi, i am thinking of buying a new speaker 2.1 stereo system. There is only two speakers that i am interested which is Altec Lansing VS2221 and Logitech x-230, as both of them are in my budget. I am not so sure which one is better. So, any recommendation ?

Altec Lansing definitely. Their computer speaker systems are by far superior to all other makers'(except for Harman Kardon).
