Can´t update some programs

Hey, my problem is this:

I cant update some programs or even establish and internet connection, ex:

pokerstars, full tilt poker, superantispyware or malwarebytes, are the ones i noticed.

I have perfectly internet surfing and no firewall problems.

Also i Have Nod32 this could be updated without problem, also windows update, and i checked with Nod32, updated superantispyware and malwarebytes and nothing seems to be affecting.

I'll just add a comment about this:

You almost certainly have malware. but you have contradicted yourself:
You say in some cases you cannot establish the internet connection, then you add that you have 'perfect internet surfing'.

How do you surf without the internet connection?
