A) Spend a small amount of cash on a low-end GPU/PSU to play basic games. Captaincranky's recommendations are suitable. A more powerful GPU will only be limited by your dated processor and small amount of RAM.
B) Buy an entirely new system if you want to play graphically intensive games. We maintain a desktop buying guide that might be of assistance. Feel free to open a new thread if you need help building a new machine.
