Can I upgrade?

Hi,

I would say yes, as long as you have the correct AGP slot (which you said you do ) then it should be fine.

make sure your psu is at least 300 watts, well i bought the 128 ATI radeon pro and i just connected it to the end of my hard drive power cord and it worked and my psu is only like 270 watts so to be on the safe side make sure your psu is over 300 watts minmimum
