Can not uninstall "Tarzan Action Game"

I can not uninstall a game named "Taezan Action Game". Opened the containing folder and it shows an icon with the name "uninstall.ico" and it is just an icon, has two folders

inside DATA folder


Another folder "Kanga"

I tried uninstalling from control panel=not shown - with"Wise Uninstaller"=not shown, same with REVO Uninstllr and I am a bit weary about messing around with "regedit". Can anybody Please help?

Delete files by files on your desktop. Change the admin rights if you can't remove a file. :

REVO wouldn't uninstall it? Although this is in a foreign language, the visual is correct
