Can you alphabetize program names?

It seems like my programs used to appear in alphabetical order in XP. I'm not sure though, because I've gone for quite awhile with them in random order. Is there a way to alphabetize this list so that programs are easier to find? I'm talking about going to START then PROGRAMS.

Right click on one of them and select name, that should do it.
