Inactive Cannot install Adobe - searches redirected

I'm having a couple problems, I cannot get Adobe installed - It's my computer, I'm the Admin but it keeps saying I don't have permission. ANy clue?

I'm also getting redirected on searches all of a sudden. I'm running a scan for that right now and will post the results, just wondering if that may also be the problem with installing/updating Adobe???
