H howard_hopkinso Posts: 21,238 +17 Jul 23, 2006 #8 Run HJT with no other programmes open.Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there). R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = local., O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {ACB1E670-3217-45C4-A021-6B829A8A27CB} - (no file) O8 - Extra context menu item: Coupons - file://C:\Program Files\websearch\System\Temp\couponsandoffers_script0.htm O8 - Extra context menu item: Rebate Nation - file://C:\Program Files\Rebate_Nation\Sy5300\Tp5300\scri5300a.htm Click on the fix checked button. Close HJT. Reboot your computer. I doubt whether fixing the above will solve your problem. If as seems likely it doesn`t, perhaps doing a Windows repair as per this thread HERE will help. Regards Howard
