Cannot view videos in Media Player

Hi all,

I have a problem in Windows Media player where i cannot view videos properly.
The video shows on the screen but it has a very poor quality. The colours do not show it is sort of like a black and white. Also the size of the video is not right as it only shows the top right hand corner of the video no matter what size i set it to.

Any help would be much appreciated!

What version of Windows & Media Player are you using?

Do you have Nero installed? Try viewing the Videos in Nero Showtime and seeing if the problem is still there.

Try to download kodecs. But i can't recommend any, sorry.
