Can't access network

Since 2 days I can access the network only if I login with administrator account on Windows XP. With my account doesn't work. The internet works, i see the network but i can't acces it!
Can anybody help me with this??

To create a network
Start
Run
NETSETUP
ok

Better to use an account with Administrator privlidges (Not the actual Administrator account - usually only seen in Safe mode)

I already have a network created on my account and worked, I can see the shared folders but can't access them. The oders users can access my shared folders!
Thank you!

when it comes to networks and passwords, sharing and permissions it is better to have an administrator account.

netsetup will create a floppy disk at the end of the wizard that can be used on all your computers on a network, making them all the same
You will need to re-share your folders again
But I recommend doing this.
