Can't boot into Safe Mode

Well i have just got rid of an annoying virus, and yet again, spyware doctor with antivirus saved the day. It rules!
But i still can't boot into safe mode... I press F8 then safe mode and it goes through some files and then re-boots, and says it encountered a problem...
Please help!

ofcourse.

Also, if you can get to Normal mode, try: Start->Run-> sfc /scannow

If you can't get to Normal or Safe Mode
Consider a Windows Repair option
