Can't delete any Adware, Forced popups! HJT Log Attached

I have been having forced popups for sometime now, and I can delete no adware. I have run adaware, spybot, CWShredder, and microsoft anti-spyware (as well as norton antivirus). Microsoft Anti-spyware detects elitebar but then the program locks up everytime and I have to end task. Can someone take a look at my HJT log and tell me what I need to delete? Thanks

Follow these instructions EXACTLY.
Put HijackThis in e.g. C:\Program Files\HJT and NOT in Temp or on the Desktop!.
