everytime i try to download from a web page i get this error:
windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
I have looked all over the internet and I havent found the answer. I am the adminstrator and I am not sure what i am supposed to do. I am frustrated. I can save it to my desktop and run it from there...but thats not what i want to do...please help me.
