Can't get rid of that damn malware (HijackThisLog)

Tried rebooting in safetymode and tried to delete by using HjT but haven't really gotten any expert help. what happens when I start the computer is that DR.EXE starts(virus?) and a high ammount of popups starts emerging rapidly like once every five minutes.

Would really appreciate it if anyone could take a look at my fresh log

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

You`ve got quite a lot of nasties on your system.

First, go HERE and have your computer scanned.

Then, go HERE and download, and run the look2me removal tool. Read the instructions carefully.

Now go and read both these threads by RBS. Follow the instructions exactly.

How to remove Trojans and its ilk! and How to remove Begin2search / coolwebsearch and other nasties.

Once you have completed that. Please post a fresh HJT log.
