Can't login to WindowsXP

I have two OSes installed on my computer- Ubuntu 6.06 and Windows XP. Today, when I started XP and entered my password, after a few seconds, the system restarted. I tried logging in many times, but there was no luck... Ubuntu is working fine. Once when I tried logging in XP, a blue screen appeared, but I dont remember a thing that was written in it. What do I do?

Is Windows loaded as first boot? That is usually the problem, and WXP wants to be the first installed OS

I don't know about that, but I have had no problems till now...(i have these two OSes on my computer for more than an year). Suddenly, this problem cropped up. I have attached the minidumps..

The first points to ATI driver (graphics card). Reinstall and see if it fixes it. The second points to memory corruption, run memtest as linked in my signature.

You told me to reinstall the drivers, but when I can't even login, how do I reinstall the drivers?

And, when I enter my password, I get an error, the computer the suddenly restarts before I can finish reading the error. I can tell that It was a box and had a countdown to its left bottom corner which started from I think 30,29,28...It was NOT the box that comes when that virus infects the computer and threatens to shut down the system
