My Mate Has Down Loaded avg and It Has crashed his Com It Will NOT Start .Then The Screen Stays Blank .It Will Not Start Up With Windows Cd

you will probably have to try a repair install or a complete reformat and reinstall of windows.

So you have tried reinstalling the operating system already, right?

ensure any firewall that was present is turned off before installation. Also do not load one anti-virus if another is present.
