CD Burner?

Whats the best/fastest CD Burner out there? I dont want a combo or DVD drive, just the best CD Burner I can find.

BTW im not that good with this hardware stuff so these may be stupid qustions...lol

If money is not an issue then yes, something top of the line from Plextor would be good.
