Choosing a Mobo Help

Could someone help me choose between these two Mobos? The ASUS seems to be the better, but I was wondering if there was enough of a difference between the two to warrant the difference in price. My other question is whether MSI makes reliable mobos or not. Thanks in advance.

The two are very similar, but the ASUS edges out the MSI, in my opinion. There's a better history of reliability, and I prefer ASUS' chipset choices.

Asus hasn't been doing too well these days, and relying on their brand to sell IMO.

Even then, I believe their boards are still better than MSI.
