Inactive Chrome redirects me to survey/feedback pages

Hi everyone, I would like to ask how could I find the source of this virus/malware? It is something that does with my Chrome browser where when I sometimes try to open a link in new tab, it doesn't go to the link but it directs me to another page which looks like a survey or feedback page. I have no idea on where it comes from and I've checked my control panel as well as my Chrome extensions, none of them look suspicious to be the virus. I've also tried to reset the whole Chrome settings and it didn't work. Could anyone help me solve this problem? thanks in advance!
the second picture shows the example where I was supposed to go lelong.com.my (An online shop) but it then directed me to this unknown page.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
