Cid virus with pop-ups unlike others

I NEED SOME HELP GETTING RID OF A CiD VIRUS. I HAVE USED SMITFRAUD, MCAFEE, NORTON SECURITY AND HIJACK THIS W/ THE DIRECTIONS OF FORMER POST ON THIS VIRUS. PLEASE!!! HELP ME!!!
