S swker98 Posts: 1,054 +0 Jan 21, 2006 #2 First of all get rid of norton anti virus and firewall, there bloat ware get avg and zone alarm insted go here then go here Fix the fowling logs O8 - Extra context menu item: &AIM Search - res://C:\Program Files\AIM Toolbar\AIMBar.dll/aimsearch.htm O23 - Service: Service Cvasvr (Service Cvas) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\csvas.exe (file missing) After removig norton fix O23 - Service: Norton AntiVirus Auto Protect Service (navapsvc) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security\Norton AntiVirus\navapsvc.exe (file missing)
