Computer freezes after about five minutes of use.

I've owned my computer for like 2 years now and it's been recently acting up. I can only use it for about 5 minutes and then it freezes. I tried to fix it by deleting all errors or something like that but it's still messed up. HELP PLEASE!!!

What are your specs? Also what programs do you run wen it freezes?
