Computer on multiple networks

Perhaps this is more suited for the Windows sub-forum, but I'll try here first.

I have a laptop connected to two different networks (both with internet), one via wifi and one via an ethernet cable. Is it possible in Windows to dictate which network any particular application will use?

For example, I would prefer it if Outlook pulled from one network while my browsers from another.
